Dinner was 1.5" thick center cut pork chops with a Carpano Antica and cremini mushroom sauce. Fresh green beans rounded things out. The chops were wonderfully juicy and the sauce was a wonderful combo of sweet and mildly bitter. Happy Tummies here.

Debbie and I are in the process of looking for a Siamese cat or kitten. I figured I'd throw it out the HC crew to see if anyone has a connection or suggestions. In my previous relationship I owned cats for over twenty years so I am familiar. I've always wanted a Siamese, so now seems the time. Let us know.

Steve - I told you you'd like it! Greg, the stuff about Hamad sure does suck. He was a tad flakey when he did my M22, but stuck pretty much to the timeframe quoted and responded usually within a day when I emailed. I think he was about three weeks late getting the amp done, but I didn't think much of it. I'm used to buying Eddie Current stuff so waiting becomes second nature. I'm really sorry you had that happen.

Just had marinated olives with house baked bread and apple butter, followed by an open faced crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was topped with house made kimchi and blood orange slices. The FFF kitchen has been hitting a lot of home runs recently.
