I hate our Keurig coffee maker, worst purchase since buying those "audio-pile" upgrades from Reference Audio (scam) Mods. Thank goodness Naaman bailed me out of the RAM mod debacle, perhaps he can mod our POS Keurig to make a decent cup of coffee.

Yesterday I decided to make Chicken Marsala using a cheap Chardonnay I bought at the market. The Chardonnay is Forrest Ville and it turns out to be pretty damn good! Really good actually, not over oaked as the cheap stuff can be and the fruit really shines through many nuanced layers and a nicely balanced slight acid finish. This winemaker is pretty good. I killed the rest of what was left over last night after making the sauce so tonight I am continuing the Chardonnay journey with a Kistler Kistler Vineyard Chard. I want me some Cuvee Catherine....................
