So here's a weird one. I've been on my MBP now for a couple hours. I watched the battery lower to 30% then plugged it in. It's been plugged in for about a half hour. The plug has the little orange light on, but the battery icon doesn't say it's charging and it's stuck on 30%. What to make of this?

I tend to be attracted to melancholic music. For some reason, if it's good, it almost always makes me very happy. Probably why I like this even though I have zero idea what they're singing about, though that may help.

I know nothing about Omar. My bumping into "Jueves" came from me trying to download the NoMeansNo song "Big Dick," and I clicked on the wrong thing. Go figure. These songs don't sound particularly fun, but I love the singer's voice and the feel of them.

well, the songs are named after the days of the week, and have a nice lazy feel to them.

My new favorite cd: Accidentally download "Jueves" when I was looking for something else on turntable.fm. I had no idea what I had on my playlist. Turns out to be just beautiful. I suppose bonus if you speak Spanish, but who cares. Love it. It took me about an hour to find a cd copy as vinyl and mp3 seemed to be the only readily available formats. Anyway, excited to get it in about a week.

Well, I finally got to wash it today, and it turned out much better. It's still weird for me, but no longer freaky straight. The Brazilian uses formaldehyde, which isn't good and not even used around here. I just got the keratin treatment. Supposedly last around five months.

The A5s are not as boomy. They replaced my A2s. I'm much happier. I got mine for the same price. For the amount of use they get, they've been worth it. If I had better speakers, I'd never get any work done.

I like my A5s as well. Keep me happy in the office, though I always have them at such a low volume, i don't really know what they sound like in normal situations.

Tried of having my hair in a constant state of looking like I just crawled out of bed, I spent megabucks to have it chemically straightened today. I hate it. On the upside, it should be back to bedhair normal in 3-5 months.
