I don't like things to stand out too much. It just caught my eye. The all black look with only the white stitching and markings to give it a little pop. Just a very well integrated look IMO.

Then you can dial in the best compromise between noise and cooling performance. Most fans are actually bearable once you slow them down a bit. Solder joints may be a problem as some still look iffy and I can't see jumper J2.There should be two "D" voltage measurements, one for each side of the tube, but I doubt that is the source of the problem.
