  2. yo. I have a Fluke 179 and a nice B+K meter I need to sell. More info via PM. If I don't hear something by tomorrow, I'm listing them on Ebay.
  3. Finally a flash that allows bounce flash that (hopefully) won't look ridiculous on top of a G-series Canon
  4. dude, stop posting
  5. DO WE NEED ANYMORE THREADS TALKING ABOUT DIGITAL CABLES?
  6. I'm in. I don't listen to music, but accept parts.
  7. apparently got bought by HP: HP to Acquire 3Com for $2.7 Billion hmm...
  8. really? if that was the case, then wouldn't it be just as easy to get coaxial to spec? I mean, okay, there's a difference in transmission impedance, a different connector, higher signal level... isn't that it?
  9. why not remove every other pin from a 0.1" pitch form factor part?
  10. Either insufficient info (the grade is clearly marked on the package) or a crappy fake if there isn't a marking.
  11. Does FCI have anything? I vastly prefer them to Molex KK, C-Grid III, etc. They are sold at Mouser, Digikey and Newark.
  12. read it again. It's there: http://www.djgardner.com/headphone/gilmore/datasheets/2sk389.pdf
  13. Markl would consider some custom cups, if you provide the wood and .. well, make them. Heck, I would too
  14. or, what's already here Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 Review: 1. Introduction: Digital Photography Review
  15. I'd be surprised if I buy them.
  16. I would recommend more current, as the circuit is much more stable with more current. My suspicion is you'll have problems until you get real heat sinks in there, unless you use the IRF devices, which take a lot less voltage. How much bias did you did you have when experiencing oscillation? Also, what are you using for R19-R20 and what gain setting?
  17. Vicki: I have a next to new Canon Power Shot SD1200 IS sitting here I'd work you a deal on. Used for a couple weeks, as I left our camera at home on vacation and just haven't got around to Ebaying it...
  18. meh, part of it works (TTL output, sweep, and counter) part of it doesn't (main output and DC offset). bah. On TTL output, the performance is nice. Time to contact the seller and start negotiations.
  19. Sweet, I'm an ass? I've been ignoring this thread until now ..
  20. finger nail polish, or uber-cryo-milspec conformal coating (conveniently available at Fry's)
  21. I think the part recommendations in the thread are pretty solid. What says the Dig'?
  22. They could also be "non authorized", meaning the tooling was stolen or what have you.
  23. sounds like an advertisement for a male strip club
  24. USBtinyISP AVR Programmer Kit (USB SpokePOV Dongle) [v2.0] - $22.00 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits It's been a while, so I decided to learn something different. I've done Winbond and PIC programming, so hopefully AVR programming is like riding a bike I'd rather just push asm to the uC, as that's what I do in my day job, but looks like I'll have to deal with programming languges
