Room ( and slimserver ) support multi player / grouping / syncing control. Centralized (multi channel) Amp (s) and distributed analog signal to passive speaker's ? Distributed RasPi's to active speaker's? Distributed RasPi's with (HiFi Berry?) Amp HAT's and passive speaker's? Plenty of different Audio signal path architectures , all behind the same digital path/control architecture. Or mix and match? Nice problem to have.
