From MS2i to GS1000, I'm surprised. The GS1000 is way darker, way more bass, almost too much. I'm not sure if the mid is too much on MS2i or if the mid is recessed on GS1000, but I've some mixed feelings with it. I hope after 876.54 hours, it would sound better Oh, somebody was auditing a pair of this so I sat down and listened as well and I was blown awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

I finally sold my Proline 750 and I'm currently looking at MS-2i. My question is, how well does MS-2i scale? because I'll be upgrading my source(840c) in few months, and I'll be getting a balanced amp(probably a CK2III) few months later after my source upgrade. Does it worth balancing?? I'm also considering are K501/K601, are there anything I should be looking at as well? Thanks for your comments~
