I've been playing with the iPad version and it's pretty damn slick. I like the iPad browsing options and the fact that you can now control the level on each remote speaker directly from the remote app.

I drove Mike Wallace to the airport once. I was working as a driver for the Smithsonian WWII memorial unveiling (my friend was the transportation coordinator) and we were picking up and dropping off speakers and guests during the week. He was quite nice and we talked about vacationing on Cape Cod and how he grew up down the street from the Kennedys. It was a neat 30 minutes. I don't know how big a celebrity the world thinks he is, but I frequently walk by and chat with Coach Roy Williams here at UNC. Very nice and down to earth. Fancies a Hawaiian shirt on occasion.

Technically filed in fiction, it's definitely super-naturalish: Amazon.com: The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle: A Novel (9780679775430): It's been years since I've read it, but I remember loving it. I'd have to think long and hard as to why. Definitely something I'm going to re-read at some point though.
