I, too, hate the escalation of hate. I'm glad they blew him up, I hope he felt it. Oh, wait...

Can't stop listening to this. Sounds like it's 40 years old. Will someone please listen to it and recommend me some other stuff to listen to like this? ? and the Mysterians? 13th Floor Elevators? Need to go on Pandora, I think. Sorry, forgot link: https://themysterylights.bandcamp.com/

Stayed home; sat on the throne; took immodium; waited for it to kick in; ran some errands; dashed home. Cheers to that!

That's not always an option. My mom was hoping to go completely deaf because they wouldn't allow themselves to operate on her unless she was. There's also healing time. -
Exactly. And: Heh-heh, yeah, we love that thread over there. He (the photographer, Hunter) has taken to warning us when he won't be posting, so we don't go into withdrawals or riot.

I follow PRS guitars pretty avidly, so I've already seen that. I'd be afraid to play it or anything with such intricate inlay work, but I otherwise am very admiring of the wood choices and semi-hollowness of that guitar. Have you seen the zombie one? I think I may have found Jeff's guitar. It's also ridiculously expensive, so he should be drawn to it inexhorably... http://briansguitars.com/product/paul-reed-smith-private-stock-custom-24-walking-zombie-1 Oh, and you're playing's fine! Much better'n mine...

Gojira, Magma -- which is superb -- prog metal Haken, Affinity -- which is also superb -- hard rock prog The Mystery Lights -- goddamn, I love this album. My only complaint? It's too short, but it's superb -- one of those albums I can't pick a favourite track on because they're all so good. Old school R&B.

I wish they would do a Super Deluxe version of New Gold Dream like they did with Sparkle in the Rain and Once Upon a Time.

(hearted) and my personal favourite: Moar hear (including some videos which I couldn't figure out how to embed) -
I honestly think some of them are deaf, but some of them have fuzz and distortion tones to die for. Ain't nuthin' shitty about it. Cases in point, Leaves' Eyes and Gojira. But even someone that everyone looks up to, like Iommi -- he can make a range-limited telephonic tone sound great in the right context.

Okay, now grab one ear with one hand and hop on your other sided foot. Okay, now look sullen. Okay, now...oh, c'mon, do it, it's cute! Yes, it's true, we didn't tell you not to grab both ears, and technically, you are correct, you followed instructions, but... Ha-ha! Has no ears Yes, you're correct, you're not an adult No, seriously, swallow, I'm about to take the picture. Well can't you at least try to look fatter -- deflated Totoro looks like something out of Under the Skin Lollers @ fat unicorn. -
I just had some Bonchon, finished, put it away, rinsed my hands, dried said hands, sat at my computer...yadda yadda yadda...rubbed my eye and cried. IT BURNS, IT BURNS!!!1! Need to remember to wash my hands after Bonchon, I'm sure my kitties don't appreciate the extra spicy...

My guitar teacher today asked me if I like metal. He was wondering why I wanted to learn 7-string. I gave him the above run-down of metal -- how they downtuned and downtuned until finally they said fuck it and introduced the baritone and the 7-string; of Taylor Roberts and that whole backbeat school of playing where they have the 6 strings of a regular guitar and one bass string, and he thumps a bass note and then strum strum strum and diddle diddle diddle (yes, I made onomatopoeic noises for all those parts); and of me (who just wants a wider range, and otherwise not that far from the backbeat school). He was going to go look up Taylor Roberts later, I hope he finds this video, because he does exactly everything I just described at 0:17:
