A Brazilion different versions of St. James Infirmary (3 guesses why). Louis Armstrong predates Typo Negative in slowing it down to half speed by decades.
This version is nicely raucous, but I have no idea how to emulate that on one guitar:
It’s so great, I had to turn around and listen to it again. I didn’t even realize it was dropping, until just hours ago, and just got so excited. Made. My. Day.
...which is weird, because their other albums sound nothing like this. Post-hardcore, I think?
Anyway, not now, but in an hour, will be listening to this:
It does look like an eagle at the 12th fret.
I couldn’t find it, but perhaps it’s something like the Tim Armstrong Hellcat 12-string or the Avril Lavigne.
Actually, that’s a couple years old. I want to say it was shortly after Westworld season 1 wrapped.
I haven’t even listened to it yet, but I’m already laughing at the audience in that last one.
I went to a Fish concert once (Derek Dick, formerly of Marillion, not Phish). The audience couldn’t help but sing along to one number, but they got the timing wrong. It was hilarious fail.
