Mac laptops at least have the legal option of dual booting. While it's also possible on a non-apple laptop, it's of questionable legality. If that matters to you, you get more flexibility with a mac than a non-mac. But modern mac laptops are very comparably priced to comparable, name brand non-macs with similar specs and size.

All I can say is I still miss my maytag drying center. Get whatever washer you want, but the "hang your shit up to dry" dryer was amazing.

I liked the RP decade lancero I got, also the edge lancer, too. RP does good stuff. Too bad they're more expensive than cohiba

I think Chris preferred the hd800s, Hirsch the R10s, Peter the L3000s, And I'm going JH13s. Vladimir seemed to favor the he90s from the blue hawaii, and Rugby said Lambda Pros tasted best. Colin didn't listen to anything.

vinotemp 28 with 2 cedar shelves and a cedar drawer.

I drove through several roundabouts on the way to Colin's house, picked him up, drove to Chris's house, went to 5 guys, came back, watched electrostats fight to the death, went and picked up a vinotemp cigar humidor, drove Colin home, drove through several more roundabouts, then back home.

Chris and I conspired with Al to put on a "to the death" battle royale of electrostat headphones. Electrostatic headphones in attendance were Stax O2mk1, 4070, Lambda Signature, Lambda Pro, SRX3/mk2, Sennheiser HE90s, Koss ESP950, and Beyer ET1000s, plus Sennheiser HD800s to act as a baseline. For amps, we had Headamp Blue Hawaii and KGSS, plus Stax SRM1/mk2 and Vlad's Beta 22 powering a modified Stax SRD7ta. The control amp was the Headamp GS-X. The source for the blue hawaii was the Denon 2900ta (balanced). Sourcing everything else was Dreadhead's dac comparator setup. Vlad, Hirsch, cetoole, dreadhead, Dusty Chalk, rugby and I were in attendance, with a brief appearance from our benefactor, Mrs. Dreadhead. A good time was had by most. Did a ropes course with my kid's hockey team. Successfully did the zip line. Failed at the 35 ft wall. Was a good day.
