If it's cheaper than bhphoto.com, it's a scam, pretty much without a doubt on cameras.

Only so much can be done with source material that bad.

if you go directv let me know, I can get us each $50 credit for referring you

Directv has on demand, I've just never figured out how to get it to work I use appletv and hulu to get my on demand fix.

yup, HD.

I think it was $99 for the dual tuner hd dvr. But I also think you get the first one free.

I have a dual tuner hd dvr on directv.

I only liked the GS1k when it was turned up louder than I listen. I can see why you'd never get close to the levels required

I'd think with the balanced preamp outs, you could try and drive the headphones from those...

a bunch of stuff from Luis.

Lately it seems like comcast is locking me down whenever I run bittorrent, so I have to get everything via newsgroups.

really? I think it looks horrid.

Legally owned guns aren't really used in crimes. There are quite a few statistical studies to show that. Don't be worried about the people that legally own guns (even when they buy them for self defense). Worry about criminals. Anyway, not the place, so I'll drop it.

As far as I know that data doesn't exist, and would be darn hard to come up with. How many crimes that are averted get reported? As to what the quote is saying, it's a fairly popular quote among firearm enthusiasts.

because the mic is for the iphone and the buttons for the ipod. Therefore that little pod thing helps both

I agree with that sentiment. I'd rather defend myself and go to court for it than die because I didn't try.

that's a nice knife.

I'm not a giant fan of harry potter, but I have 4 kids...I buy collectors editions of any book I buy if it's available, just because I'm like that. So far, it's paid off. I've made over a grand from stephen king

Amazon.com: The Tales of Beedle the Bard, Collector's Edition (Offered Exclusively by Amazon): J. K. Rowling: Books This is the coolest collector's edition of anything I've ever gotten, hands down.

That said, I'm not arguing music doesn't have information above 15khz, or that it's useful. I even used HF emphasized microphones to make my best recordings back when I used to do such things. Helped offset the rolloff distance caused.

except that my math doesn't work out with that scale. It'd end at 87.5...

So we know the peak dB level, but not if it's a flat scale, logarythmic, etc.

It'd help if there was some description of the scale for that chart...
