  1. I did it on a stand with added roller stands. Or just do it really slowly with a dovetail saw.
  2. Heavy loads of CDs are my kryptonite.
  3. Roller stands really helped, but mostly it was a lot of heavy lifting. Jodi took a picture while I was working on it.
  4. I wouldn’t trust anyone from Arkansas.
  5. Quarter sawn oak is growing on me.
  6. I’ll happily buy them off you for pennies on the dollar.
  7. I built the traditional dogs that come the the Roubo plans and as much as it pains me to say this, buying a cool after market one is pretty useless. They are stupid simple to pop up and down with a good usable height range. Only downside is the bench has to be built to use them.
  8. That would definitely fit with it being from Brazil. But that means I would need to build another bench 🤔
  9. I’m going to say mango, maybe Koa.
  10. I would think any tap would work fine since it's just wood. Get a tapered and bottom tap. Not sure if this is a thing, but I've always liked taping the hole, then letting thin CA glue soak into the threads, and then taping again.
  11. Plane is money for working the tenons.
  12. Tossed together a holder for the drills with some 3D printed mounts for extra batteries. Might spend the next month just making holders for stuff 😂
  13. I had 4-5 55gallon bags when I did mine.
  14. Sounds like it wasn’t dried properly.
  15. Just the outlet so it fits that plug without an adapter. Might need to let the wood settle for a week after first surfacing. I had no issues with all the rough lumber I used for mine though.
  16. The Hilti has a 20a plug. The Hilti has a 20a plug. Fixing that now actually.
  17. Put up a French cleat wall to utilize some space behind my saw station. Testing using T-track and dowels for my red tools. Will build something proper soon.
  18. I’m still in Little Rock, seems valid 😢
  19. Looks good, reminds me of my Texas house.
  20. Large shavings jammed it up? That's pretty weird, only issue I have with mine is it works so well, it can fill up the chute at the end of the cyclone faster than gravity can dump it into the can. Next system will have a rotary airlock.
