Symphonic band concert, parents came down to visit, ate at a good restaurant called Cheddar's, set up and listened to my amp.

Band today, band tomorrow, band the day after tomorrow... Keeps me busy, that's for sure.

I've lived in Illinois all my life, the coldest I remember was roughly -50 F with windchill factored in. It's very rare for us to dip that low though; between -10 and -30 w/ windchill is usually as cold as it will get all winter.

Did that last weekend with the parents . Nothing quite like a pumpkin patch in the fall. Had some people over last night, so barely got any sleep. Woke up, ate, and sitting at pc now.

As a Cubs fan, nothing would surprise me anymore. At least the Sox gave it run. And yeah, fuck Manny. Damn the guy is a good at-bat, but watching him rip up Cubs' pitching leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Hung out with one of my closest friends all afternoon, started on our Call of Duty 4 preparation for a LAN he is hosting right after Thanksgiving. Oh, ate some awesome chicken strips for lunch as well. With Hooters mild sauce. It was a solid day.

Woke up at 10:30, sat around for a while and listened to some music, class from 3:00 to 6:00, witnessed a half-gallon milk jug immediately followed by an equally-impressive amount of vomiting, ended the day by watching Grind, which was actually relatively decent and pretty funny. Average day in college I would say.
