Yeah it was really cool. I find most of the stuff either a bit to way overpriced but it was almost all beautiful. What separates K Bedford is that he's really approachable and his TIG comp frames are reasonably priced. I also got to ride DuraAce Di2 which was bloody amazing, in small-small and then get out of the seat and sprint and gear up to the big chainring like nothing happened. Not really a useful situation but still neat to do. I'm going to stick with SRAM. That said if you want to spend your money that way it is the best shift I have ever felt.

Yesterday: Went to Richmond for the North American Hand Built Bicycle Show. I will likely now buy a custom bike from this gentleman: Custom handmade steel bicycle frames for over 30 years. Then went to see Avatar in Real 3D on a DLP screen. Awesome. Today: Worked, Ran a 5k, Worked, Went to lunch and grocery shopping now more work.

I doubt it since it appears that when they designed the 800 they appeared to be using the DAC1 amp circuit which is very low output impedance.

I was going to say just buy something that is rated for a much higher power than you need and you should be fine I would think. That said transformer hum can be a bitch and cheaper transformers (which I don't know if those are or not) do it more than a potted SumR ever would.

Some times a little pigging out can work out. In the last 3 days I've not worked out (until last night) and ate like a pig and lost weight. Go figure....

New Running shoes:

Went to the gym and ran 1.5 miles in preparation for the 5k I'm going to run on sunday. First time I've run in over 3 years. God I hate running. After the run I did a PT session which I absolutely beasted, which felt good since I haven't been able to workout for a few days.

With the computrainer I have to have my laptop on anyway so I just pump music through the speakers. Not high fidelity but it keeps me happy. Yeah I've spent more on cycling in the last year than my Honda is worth. I'm sure I'll clear the Subaru before the end of this year. I'll likely get a TT bike each for me and my wife. For her it makes sense but for me not so much. That and upgrading my training bike to something a bit nicer would be cool. I'm thinking of a Neuvation FC100 or Motobecane Imortal whatever; nice enough that I will like it but cheap enough I don't really give a shit if I break it. And don't forget cyclocross in the fall....

Nope. Or at least not for now. They are gradually getting less and less practical for me which is good. As for me: Put new fork mount bike racks on the roof of my Subaru. Pretty excited about that since I'll get to use them for a 2 day riding trip in WV in about 2 weeks if not before. Been working so much this week that no riding for 3 days at this point. I miss it. I keep looking at new vehicles but the fact that both of ours still work great and are entirely paid off just keeps me from buying any others. Though I am thinking of buying a rack for my Civic as well.

In the end Koss is kind of lucky it was Amex not Visa or Mastercard since everything is integrated within Amex and it is one large corporation. It makes you wonder if it's going to come out that their defense is going to be that most of their better clients have their bill paid directly by the corporation. congrats Velo and Torpedo nice buys I bought a different torque wrench because the first one I ordered appears to never have shipped and also a new expanded set of sockets for said wrench to cover a wider range of bike parts. I also bought new parts for my Specialized S-Works Pro shoes because my damn dog thought they tasted good.

Good find man. I never thought to measure this since I assumed it was fine but yes mine most definitely squealed out of the KGSS until I guess I lucked int a pair that worked after 3 rmas. All pairs except the first one were dead quiet on the E/90. This would explain an awful lot.
