I believe KG has posted the gerber files so you can get a couple made yourself if needed.

the problem with dynahi board runs is they run really fucking fast, so you have to be fast to catch them. It's easier to find them once they're trapped nicely in a heavy case with transistors, transformers, and the like already attached to slow them down.
