Two things...

1) Is this Joey McEntire, from before New Kids on the Block? It sure looks like him.

2) Did anyone else notice the 'Special Purpose' line continues past the seat and aims right at the kids crotch? Remember 'Special Purpose' was what Steve Martin called his dick in 'The Jerk'.
