What's the polarity of the Turbulent Labs driver?  Is the green dot + or -  ?

How on earth would we know? I didn't even know turbulent labs existed.

Ive got my drivers from them not too long ago.

I believe there's a red dot on one contact, I assume that's +.

That would be a neat trick.

If you don't care about the driver, you could always use a 9v battery and see which way the cone moves

The green dot is just that... i.e. a green dot.

 

Since these drivers are replacements for Grado drivers, one could assume that the polarity would be the same.

 

Sometimes that is assuming too much, but if you wire both drivers the same way, who's gonna know?

These drivers are really good. I only have them running for 90 minutes with stock SR60 grills and pads and they sound pretty accurate.  Now to mod some grills and try different pads.
