June 8, 201610 yr I forgot to mention, a couple months ago I recommended Birgir's bakery to a work vendor acquaintance who was visiting. She didn't get to meet the Viking Legend, but did make it to the bakery and gave it very high marks And she made it back without any volcanic ash.
