again, not eating, but cooking:

smoking 2 pork shoulders. They're at 120F right now, and a nice reddy brown on the skin.

I love my sidecar smoker.

that definitely sounds better than the lasagna i've been making since i got home. :-\

I'll say the hickory smoke smells great. I dunno if I can last til it's done tho, I may end up making something quick and having the shoulder tomorrow.

it'll be worth it, if it has to wait, i think. i need to get a smoker, i think :)

Yah, the real problem is the wife didn't say she wanted smoked shoulder until 2pm. Oh well.
