August 21, 20178 yr What could chicken wings possibly do to make you so upset with them? (My nod to Jerry Lewis).

August 22, 20178 yr Breakfast. Two pounds of ancho chili flank steak. Some eggs (I like them hard.*)(*Giggety.)
August 27, 20178 yr Three meat brunch. I ignored the collards. Pulled pork was good. Vinegary not sweet. Brisket was tender but had a boiled consistency. Meh. Smoked chicken flat out sucks. Rubbery skin and feels undercooked in the mouth even when it's done. Bleah.
