August 24, 2025Aug 24 Anniversary dinner at Barbacana in Houston. Our first time and we were very impressed with the service, food and drink. Wagyu carpaccio, a vegetarian dish that was a riff on ramen, pork collar and a few desserts. The Korn, which was sweet and savory was a culinary gem IMHO (brittle on top one). HS
