Steve, I may have asked before but what is the finish on those stands? Looks very nice with a soft sheen and not too shiny.

I ordered a headphone stand for my W5000s from Steve a few weeks ago and I just received them yesterday:

I guess I should have cleared up some of the crap on my desk before taking the photos but even with my crappy camera and camera skills I think they look very nice in the photos. Of course, they're even better in person.

Lacquer, and I prefer satin finish. However since I always buff each coat with 0000 steal wool, a semi gloss would give about the same sheen.

Hey Double Duce, good to see that it arrived in one piece, and that the phones fit well. Looks like we got a good color match on the Macassar Ebony. The grain's a bit tighter, but that's hard to match perfectly, especially on a curved surface like the W5000 cups.

That shipped rather quickly. :)
