Not sure what you guys did to land on the blacklist but I can't reach HC in China without going through a proxy. Or maybe your IP neighbours did something and the whole ip block was blocked.

Didn't know that, but honestly I don't really care one way or the other ;).

whois limit is exceeded too. hmmm.

This has nothing to with us at all, it's a feature of the top level .org registrar:

I can say that I'm not at all upset that we're blocked in china. The other side has enough trouble with the chinese shills, I really don't want them here.

They teach that at Chinese business schools, no joke. First brainstorming session I had with Chinese interns about website promotion gave some results like shilling on forums, bribing bloggers and mods. Then again, forum culture takes on an entirely new dimension in China when you have CNET-China purchase forums on a regular basis with going prices at $1-2 million, cash.
