This has nothing to with us at all, it's a feature of the top level .org registrar: .:: .ORG Registry ::.

First brainstorming session I had with Chinese interns about website promotion gave some results like shilling on forums, bribing bloggers and mods. Then again, forum culture takes on an entirely new dimension in China when you have CNET-China purchase forums on a regular basis with going prices at $1-2 million, cash.
