great game. awesome it was on CBS so i could flip back to the simpsons, family guy, and cleveland show. i hope new orleans doesn't burn to the ground tonight, i was really looking forward to jazzfest. ;)

I only lived in Nawlins for about a month before being rudely ejected by Katrina. Nevertheless, I certainly developed a bond with the city, and was happy as hell to see the Saints finally become more than just the "ain'ts" tonight. Amazing to think that just a few years ago, the Superdome had a hole in the roof, a sewer on the floor, and the Saints were considering relocation.

I will always remember Peyton Manning as the second best quarterback of his era.
