  1. well my shiny new HD800s are waiting for me to go home and listen to them. i've already cut up all my socks into tiny slivers to test them all for mod worthiness.
  2. That looks interesting. I've been listening to a lot of Antimatter. I love Antimatter. Very heavily influenced by Pink Floyd, they even write one song in the meter of Pigs (Three Different Ones). And to accomplish that atmosphere with such sparse and simple instrumentation...sublime.
  3. Well i'm glad i gave these another shot. Really enjoying these and don't really see the need to mod them though i have to sort me a balanced cable. How much harder are those pin's to solder compared to the hifiman's? I know i can reterminate the stock cable but i want to leave that one untouched.

    I made it into work. No problems once I got out of my little valley. They closed the base once I'd been there 4 hrs, so I'm back home now.

    I also really liked this small brand acoustic 12 fret. Kind of strange but sounds great.
