Claire is so proud that she saw Einstürzende Neubauten at a small club in SF in the 80s. It never fails to quiet hipper than thou music heads.
I see your noisy, and raise you big hair!
^^^ OK, not TALL hair metal, but certainly pretty long...and I like them.......
Another lovely chanteuse for me, and another one where I wonder why I don't listen more often. Heidi berry - Love.
She is quite musical and lyrical. Voice range is limited, but unique and she uses it wonderfully. Different music styles, but she muses to me as mellow beauty in the same way that London Grammar does.
Never really got into the big hair metal thing.....but do like Rush.....
Back to female vox for me....and wondering why I don't listen to this lady more often! Happy Rhodes, Rhode Songs.....
I saw them on the Perpetuum Mobile tour, so I've got that going for me. I also saw Triumph on the Progressions of Power tour. A friend of mine took a photo that ended up in one of their albums later (in mid-pyrotechnics), not sure if it was Allied Forces, though.
