My first experience with MM Wave 5G at Ohare in Chicago. This is legitimately impressive speed for a mobile phone.

I would put all PCBs on the table without a chassis and see what happens. Second, completely eliminate the pot and measure again. Make it as simple as possible.

If it’s ksc5026 in KGSShv style power supply you can probably use stn0216 stn0214 intstead. Solder it standing on the to126 pads (might be to220 pads on your board?). Power dissipation there is something like 40 – 60 mW, I think.

Just to make Doug shake his head in disgust, I upgraded the Dewalt planer during the two day sale at Grizzly. I KNOW, I should have just bought a Hammer combo. I am not a smart man.

I think Stax use the new Tung Sol GTB in the 700T so that is new production. Whether you can get them anymore... I'm not sure as they are made in Russia. As for the voltage, the GTB tops out at 450V so it's better than the regular version but still a long way from the 6S4A etc. There is also the 6BL7 but no new production that I know of.

Sourcery - Terry Pratchett As an American, it is a little hard to believe Terry Pratchett was the best selling author in the UK in the 90s given the way his work just never took off over here. That being said, I’ve always been intrigued by the Discworld series and figured I’d give one a try. I think this was a bad place to start. It felt more like a collection of witty one-liners and gags held together by a loose plot. Looking at people’s rankings of the Discworld novels, this one usually rates in the bottom 1/4-1/3, so I am up to give Discworld another chance and write this one off. I hear the City Watch line is a fan favorite so going to try those next.

Two officers of the nearby Bristol police department: Sergeant Dustin Demonte, who lives in my hometown, & Officer Alex Hamzy were both shot & killed in the line of duty in an ambush attack on October 12. They leave behind wives & very young children (including one on the way). A third officer: Officer Alec Iurato was also seriously wounded by a gunshot, but thankfully survived. I don't know what to say, other than this is another fucked-up, senseless tragedy impacting many families, the local community, and the nation at large, forever.
