3 pointsI won't be able to make it in person this year, because: reasons, but Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2025 https://hardlystrictlybluegrass.com/ Is about to go live with streaming on the website and the dedicated App (HSB TV) Quite the lineup, as always. https://hardlystrictlybluegrass.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/HSB25-Print-at-Home-Schedule.pdf3 points

3 points2 pointsFrom a post somewhere else. I also tested HA-3FXX pins, but I like above pins better. Disadvantage is I had to destroy good Neutrik connectors to get the pins out. Made in Sketchup.
2 pointsOrdered an Aiden and a couple of different sized filters. I tend to make coffee for myself and occasionally the lady that helps us with the house, unless we have a gathering. I think the Aiden will be well suited to my needs and counter space...it will displace the Chemex and sit next to my Niche Zero. Any filters that have worked well for you, luvdunhill? Thanks! 1 point1 pointNot cooking until tomorrow, but gathered lunch ingredients for Al's Sister (Rini) and myself. Going to cook it on the Weber flattop. Skin down and squirt a little water under the steamer lid. Then sauté the green beans and mushrooms at a fairly high heat. Have a loaf of Kirkland rustic bread as well. Hopefully Al will cook up the unused portions Monday or Tuesday.
1 point1 point1 pointGood info...thank you! Funny aside: I had another box of Chemex filters. It looks like I had a bad batch....used one from the new box and coffee was drama free.... Looks like I needed an excuse for a new toy HS1 pointCool! I like the La Cabra Fellow Aiden Paper - not sure if it’s someone else’s that they resell but it fits perfectly. I do fold them on the seam but not sure that’s needed. i use both the single brew and the batch shapes.1 point1 pointMiles Davis - Elevator To The Gallows/Ascenseur pour l'échafaud/Lift to the Gallows Soundtrack
1 point1 point1 pointThanks guys. Dunno what I can do but in these days even a smallest things are really valuable. Not only in Turkey, shit is going south globally.1 pointECP audio/Nitsch and our own @dsavitsk is your man. His stuff has been bullet-proof for me and sounds so good I haven’t been remotely tempted to upgrade since.1 point0 pointsRIP to Susan Lucas, a.k.a. Soo Catwoman. Her image was pasted on SO many memories from my early days, she was a punk icon in the UK. I saw her image so many times, and loved her style. She even did (tried to?) some singing; I liked the pics more than the song....0 points0 pointsRIP Jane Goodall....one of the more amazing humans in this world.... https://www.npr.org/2025/10/01/459238450/jane-goodall-primatologist-dead-910 points
