  1. haha nice!
  2. well considering i have a PS3, no I don't. i've been rooting for blu-ray this entire time it's too bad that they'll probably never learn...
  3. Number #1 reason why I hate ESPN right there. Couldn't agree with you more.
  4. i honestly cannot wait to see the film, because i haven't been this excited over a villain than the joker played by heath. i'm not scared of clowns or anything, but if i saw heath's joker on the street, i'd high-tail my ass the other way.
  5. well the game's on my birthday, so i'm not sure what my friends have in store for me, but i doubt i'll be watching too much of the game to be completely honest with you. well considering the offensive line that brady has, it's not surprising that he can just stand there and dump off a short pass and have his receiver run 15-20 yards after the catch. this is the one season where i've seen him throw long on a regular basis, and of course he threw to moss in the hopes that he'd be able to up his touchdown count on the year. hence why i call him mr. dump it off. for a guy who has been praised for "spreading it around," throwing ~46% of his passes to moss this year doesn't quite support that claim. again, the media has conveniently forgotten that in 2004 manning had three of his receivers catch over 1000 yards and 10 tds.
  6. why spend all that money when you can do just as well with a banana or a mug stand?
  7. i was shocked when i learned it was heath playing the joker, because the joker looks fucking badass in the previews, and i never pictured heath like that before. apparently he locked himself in a hotel for one month to prepare.
  8. banana stand -$1
  9. damn that's a lot of pandas
  10. well i'm hoping one wins sooner rather than later, because i'm sick of waiting
  11. jealousy or not, i just think all people are due the praise they deserve, and brady is getting way too much of it for how he did this year at the expense of other qb's. we're not even getting coverage on garrard's amazing season because everything not patriots related has been deemed unworthy by the media. IMHO, the greatest qb was marino. he didn't win a single damn ring, but doesn't matter, that man was amazing.
  12. wait, you mean belichick's face can look different than it already does? i can't imagine how different his press conference will be, probably be the same old grunting. i was talking with my brother about the whole tiki situation. the situation just makes me laugh thinking about how much of a fool tiki will feel like if the giants win.
  13. i'm assuming you mean you hate having the cable only on one side right? because if you do, i'm in the same boat, that's the one thing that bugged the shit out of me with the AKG K271S and led me to sell it.
  14. i can't even watch sportscenter anymore because of all the patriots love, it sickens me to no end. people need to stop talking about mr. dump it off like he's the greatest thing since sliced bread and realize that while he had a good season, it was no where near the extreme efficieny that peyton had in 2004. wow, he threw 1 more touchdown than peyton did in 76 more pass attempts and an extra game. let's not forget peyton's ridiculous passer rating of 121.1, which has yet to be bested. so who really had the better season? manning in 04 or brady in 07. manning hands down. i mean you just can't argue that fact. yet espn, the station that literally bandwagons on the hot shit to date, can't stop spewing shit about the brady bunch it's so revolting. and don't even get me started on moss. i watched him when i lived in Minnesota and have hated him since his "i play when i want to" mentality started. so he goes from villian of the nfl to savior now since he actually has something to play for? give me a break. espn dogged on this guy his entire career and now they love him because he caught one more pass in 16 games than jerry rice did in 12 games. something espn seems to leave out of their conversations a little too often. good thing i'm way more into college football, because pro sports makes me go :mikey2: :mikey2:
  15. holy god that's pretty
  16. it's never too late for a pb&j!!
  17. haha nice. i agree about the grapple, dumb idea. i mean it makes the damn fruit interesting and all, but if you really want an apple to taste like a grape, then how about some better implementation
  18. that's what i figured. thanks grawk!
  19. agreed. i thought that the skin was where most of the artificial grape flavor was and the rest of the apple was just an apple. i felt ripped off.
  20. microwaved pb&j!!!
  21. yeah i use a macbook, so i was leaning heavily towards the duet. problem is is that while it's portable, it's not quite as portable as the pico is. now, i'm going to wait to see reviews and comparisons before i make any decision at all here, but the pico is looking mightily attractive, especially considering how much it offers in its small form. the one thing that's nice about the duet is that it's powered off of the firewire port, which is nice because then i don't have to carry around an external ac adapter or anything. i got enough room in my messenger bag for either, so that's not really an issue. i guess it all boils down to sound.
  22. damn you tyrion, everytime i read your impressions on the duet or the pico i want to get one of them. now you talk about them both. i'm leaning towards getting one or the other, because i'm leaning back towards a portable setup since i'm not in my apartment much anymore and i recently got a job in a research laboratory here. got to be either one or the other, so hurry and get those impressions out! (you too grawk!!!!)
  23. I've tried one of those grapple things. Wasn't too impressed with it to be honest. If it had more grape flavor I would have liked it more.
