Ya, no kidding! I got this email this morning: Navy Seal quote of the week Dana Perrino ( Fox News) describing an interview she recently had with a Navy SEAL. After discussing all the countries he had been sent to, she asked if they had to learn several languages? His reply: "No ma'am, we don't go there to talk."

I agree with all of this and also think that they chose well in terms of the business decision. I just hope that they're wrong and that he comes back and bites them in a big way.

That's cool, Steve. I've donated but need to back and order a T-shirt and the "action pack" with the bracelets, etc. I think this will work and they'll get the bastard. I just hope that they properly account for all of the money received (which will be a lot) and that once the media blitz has taken a foothold, they'll then spend most of the money on the ground in support of the kids and their families.

I liked the comment on the associated thread: "Dude is a textbook asshole, all the worst to him in the future." Guy's just angry at the world and sees himself as a victim. Maybe if he had a bit of civility or humility he wouldn't have found himself in that situation to begin with. Besides, he didn't get arrested for cursing but for failing to show his ID to police and resisting.

I wish! My knees are way too gone for that, and I don't think I could have done those moves as a teenager. My beard is gone as well, although it's slowly growing back. Will take years to get to that length.

Ok, 475hp was probably the V8 Atom. They wanted to call it the "Atom 500" but it didn't end up putting that much power down at the wheel, so the official name became the V8 Atom. I agree, that was kind of cool when they would tease you was to where to place the new time on the board.

I just saw this posted on Facebook by one of the Atom guys. Apparently, the Atom was on the show last night, and there's a new leader in town! I don't follow Top Gear, but I presume this would be the American version of the show? I've Googled it and can't find anything. Just curious as to which iteration of the Atom this was? Did anyone see the show? Was is a standard Atom 3 or a 500 V8?
