  1. Keep forgetting other states have deductible for window/windshield repair - I need to remember this if I ever move to another state.
  2. Good luck, Shelly! Hope your finger gets better quick, Adrian.
  3. Also, Fuji makes FinePix HS50EXR superzoom which has slightly larger sensor than other superzooms (6.4 x 4.8mm vs 6.17 x 4.55mm). It also has on-sensor phase detection AF.
  4. 28-300 will not work with 2x tele converter.
  5. Happy Father's Day!
  6. It made it worse since she was at an event for kids with two kids of her own (I'm assuming) on tow.
  7. Took our daughter out to a local Touch-a-Truck day. She really enjoyed getting in the driver seats and pushing random buttons/pulling levers. While there, I saw, for the first time in my life, someone actually carrying her cellphone in her breasts.
  8. A random thought, Nate. Is your PS3 on wireless? If so, have you tried connecting it directly to your router/modem to see if it sees the other NAS drive?
  9. It's not eye sight issue as iPad works just fine for me, I just prefer more screen estate for my computer.
  10. 13" screen (or 11" for that matter) is too small for me, at least as a primary computer. Now, if I had another computer with larger screen (or an external monitor), I can live with 13" laptop. Oh and when I went to school, I was lugging around ~10-15 pounds worth of text books.
  11. FWIW, you can still get a 15" MBP with hard drive. No retina display, though (you can get it with hi-res antiglare screen option). You need to actually go into the store section of Apple website to see it now, though.
  12. This (works well for Hulu+, too). Though I still need to fix the issue with streaming from Mac on mine.
  13. ^ Probably would make it a size of a bazooka. I'd rather just carry a fast 28 and 50.
  14. Holy poop, the upcoming Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 listead at $799 for pre-order. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/967345-REG/sigma_18_35mm_f1_8_dc_hsm.html Hell of a lot cheaper than I'd expected.
  15. That's all I could think of.
  16. There are Thunderbolt PCIe expansion chassises that should work, though that'll add few hundred dollars to the cost.
  17. Sigma makes a 12-24 FX lens, iirc. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/755358-REG/Sigma_204306_12_24mm_F4_5_5_6_EX_DG.html
  18. I'll probably try a Hackintosh next time I replace my computer. Between iPad and work-issued laptop, my MBP has become a glorified desktop. It doesn't help the MBP generally has 3-4 external drives connected to it at all times. Really should invest in a TB dock w/ USB3.
  19. Damn, I wish I could afford one. I'm still hoping for something in between iMac and Mac Pro (or iMac without a monitor with some expandability), but I doubt it'll ever happen.

Damnit, Dinny, now I have bed bug fears for used bags.
