Were you sober? If so, my fiend, I believe we may have stumbled upon the problem. Have a pint with the blade... you know, to take the edge off. **BRENT**

Did anyone post this response about JH13 v JH16 from Jerry off of Facebook? "The JH16 is not necessarily a better sounding earpiece than the 13. The JH13 is a killer sounding earpiece and audio-wise it is hard to improve upon. Regarding the sound signature, the 13 and 16 are very similar. The JH16 offers more bottom end capacity and therefore will take more low-end input. You will notice the difference more in a live setting than a mastered recording. In a live situation the mix is not as controlled. The dynamic range and transient peaks are much more dramatic live. For example, in a live setting, an artist may want to hear a full mix plus a kick drum with a large 50hz boost (more than you would ever hear on a recording) and at a much louder volume than most people would listen. The earpiece needs to have more headroom and capacity so as not to distort at that volume level. This is when the 16 shines. Hope this clears things up a little. Jerry" I think some people on facebook were thinking that Jerry was saying that there IS a 50Hz boost in the 16s, where actually they are just able to handle the boost if the sound guy puts it in the mix for the performers on stage. Headroom... it's a good thing, no? I haven't read the 16 specific thread, but has anyone said anything about them being as easily amped (straight out of phone/DAP) as the 13s? **BRENT**

Had I known I woulda driven the two hours to say "Hi". Does sound like something that would be awesome. You build them an amp for a gift? **BRENT**

Looks like it's up to 37.75$ now. Was this a gold box deal, or did they just run out of stock? **BRENT**

[singing] Happy happy Birthday, we're really glad you came! Happy Happy Birthday, from the Head-Case gang! We really are excited, and hope that you are too, so Happy Happy Birthday, from the Head-Case Crew, YEAH! [/singing] **BRENT**

Happy anniversary of the day of your birth, my fiend. **BRENT**

I'd put the Nexus One on VZW at the same 179$ pricepoint as it will be with T-Mobile, and the Droid dropping down to the same (after being out for 6 months). Look for this price After MIR, though. @Dinny, if you want a keyboard, why not the Droid? **BRENT**

See Title. Let me guess, this was a secret, no? **BRENT**

Anyone post this? Buy 200 GB of (Google/Picasa) storage for $50 and get a free 4GB Eye-Fi card **BRENT**

I know, right? If it didn't have that date in non-black, it'd be better. **BRENT**

Has anyone posted this one yet? TX 600 Pilot FlyBack Second Time Zone Chronograph Men's Black Stainless Black Leather Strap Black Dial T3C423 Watch **BRENT**

This is why one should fly to Apopka and get it done. Or Chicago in a few months, or... Has anyone had a fit issue if they got the molds done by an in-house person? **BRENT**

And wasn't crappy just saying in the chat earlier that the raving has died down a bit? Heh, I think the tertiary wave of rave is nigh upon us. **BRENT**

Free 3-Month Trial of Amazon Prime - Slickdeals.net It works even if you have done a free trial before. You probably need to log out to do it. There are directions here if you need them. Not sure how long this will last, as it's already been up a day, but hopefully at least all of you will be able to take advantage. **BRENT**

At work now, but won 77$ in a live poker tourney last night (tied for first, split 485$ prize pool 5 ways). Not bad for a free roll. I also qualified for the 2000$ annual tourney. **BRENT**

Droid Eris BOGO? **BRENT**

You should just call him as he's leaving the driveway and play his favorite tracks over the phone coming out of the RS-1. I'd probably be sadder to walk away from the PS-1s, though. But yeah, been listening to HF-2s all day/last night and thinking "you know, if I was to get some HP-2s I don't think anyone would notice... they're both metal shiny Grados, right? Heh... poor #s. **BRENT**

But he still has visitation rights, no? **BRENT**

Received a couple discs from Shelly. I'm bad, I opened them both, but haven't listened to the second one yet. If I can hold out for 25 more minutes, I can technically open it on Christmas! First one, had put it on hold as non-JH13 IEMs couldn't handle it, and the second, well, I have a feeling it's going to rock in a cool jazzy kinda way. Thanks SH, lookin' forward to it. **BRENT**
