Hey Shelly, I meant to post when I saw this last week on phone but didn't get a chance, then forgot. I bought a mattress from overstock.com earlier this year. Looked for specs over name brand and wound up with an 8" mattress with a 3.25lb density top layer. It was definitely comfortable, and once I got to sleep the first night (30-45 minutes) I slept HARD. Fast forward a few months, and I start to notice my typical static back pain has lessened quite a bit. I rarely notice it, and have gone from taking something for back pain from once weekly to maybe once monthly. It was gradual, but I have felt better all around... And this was just a 250$ (after discount codes) mattress. I'm a fan. **BRENT**

I thought about a heart attack/stroke when the hand tingling came into play, but nothing else presented. It was a push to take the day and go to doctor though.) Everyone else: pinched nerve. Doctor made me choose worker's comp or insurance. Wouldn't let me go insurance then WC later. Had to make 7 phone calls, multiple faxes, found out they won't let me go to my doctor so I had to drive across town to go to their crappier service. But hey, it's free. Probably. Maybe. I don't know. I don't know what's wrong yet, so I don't know if it's carpel tunnel, or something random, or what. Bah. **BRENT**

If I thought it was a heart attack at all, I would have been at a doctor already. As it stands, waiting for kids to go to school then figuring out which doctor to go to. My PCP started an urgent care clinic. Not sure about going there or finding a new a PCP or what. **BRENT**

Today I was sitting at my desk working. At some point, my shoulder started with the intense pain, and I couldn't lift my arm, and my hand was tingling. I think I'm probably dying. It feels better, but not good at all. May wind up hitting a doctor in the morning (already took tomorrow off just in case.) I don't like being old. **BRENT**

Some of you may know I used to be a decent yoyoer, and I kinda got back into it last year when I had multiple people show me the 2013 world championship winner's video. I could do part of what that guy did, then he just blew me away. I got to watch the live stream, and it had multiple angles and the quality was better than these vids, but those aren't posted yet. Til then... This guy got 4th. If he hadn't messed up so many times, he would have been second, easy, and it would've been hard for me not to pick him as the winner. 4th place in 2014 Worlds: Paul Kerbel Now, the US champion Gentry Stein went to take on the world, at 18 years old, and took them all down with one of the most well choreographed routines I've ever seen. While most of these guys are on throws costing 85-150$, Gentry Stein's signature throw, the Shutter, is only 45$, and on sale now for 36$. That's just insane. **BRENT**
