Lo-Fi perspectives are perfectly valid around these parts (I'm mid-fi on a good day). I also have the HF2 and the 600. And I think the HF2 also spends more time on my head. Maybe I kind of miss the HD650.

Have any of you sold your HF2s, and if so, do you regret doing so?

I have 'em now and will get some pics up soon(ish). Haven't had a chance to listen yet, but Mrs. Monkey digs the way they look. Impressions to come.

Ha! Really? That's unbelievable.

Stereophile reviewed the BDA-1 this month. It was basically a rave, but a very superficial review that focused more on how the reviewer set it up than sonic impressions. Atkinson found some problems with the measurements, but I'm not sure what sonic impact they might have because he, of course, was less than clear on that point.

Flats = win, except for HF2 where flats = BigLose. Send them to Joe, if for no other reason than to say that they got his blessing if and when you sell them.

Nate has a good point. And Greg, you also have a good plan. Just enjoy the sound for a bit. How do they fit?

Greg, sorry to see that. They look great other than the upside down part, which I wouldn't have noticed, but I guess one would notice in your ear. Regardless, talk to Jaime. It's worth it for something that you have to live with.
