Went the price adjustment route. Stopped by Grand Central store and was done in about 7 minutes. Refunded $400. I guess when you have eleventy billion in the bank you can afford not to give a shit.

Ok, just spoke to the store again and instead of going through the whole exchange, they'll just do a price adjustment. That's a fine result for me, and an easy move by Apple.

I spoke to the Grand Central Store where I bought it. The guy was nice, but not the most knowledgeable, so we'll see how it goes. I'm wondering if it's even worth the psychic pain.

No and No. But I did just speak to the store and they'll let me do an exchange. Probably need to get there today. What's an easy and quick way to wipe the HD to return my current unit? I don't have anything that needs to be backed up.

And now they fucking drop the price and bump the specs of the 13" rMBP. Can I return mine and exchange it?
