Oh man, Doug, I'm sorry to see that. Can't hurt to try to file a claim with the carrier (if it works the same there as it does here). More importantly, though, that damage looks almost like it was pre-existing. Maybe it's just hard to tell from the pictures, but it almost looks like...water damage?
The last batch of Monoprice RCAs I ordered suck and suck hard. Maybe I got a bad batch. They don't clamp with any force whatsoever.
EDIT: And I generally like Monoprice.
I used myfax.com. It sucks, but useful enough for the time being. The legal profession basically lives via scanned pdf/email. However, there are still plenty of government agencies and regulators out there who do things via fax. It's a huge pain in the ass.
Yikes! Glad to hear you're ok, Dusty.
I'm home sick today with a stomach bug. Parent-teacher conference at nursery school last night followed by sickness...coincidence? I think not.
Thanks gang. Yeah, I can scan to pdf and shoot it out via email, but the recipient is, let's just say not quite in the 21st Century. Mrs. Monkey can do it from work.
Is there a way to send a fax via the internet without having to sign up for a service (i.e., a one-time thing). Or, in the alternative, is there a super cheap way to do this? I don't have a fax machine and need to get something out.
I got the Bondhus Hex wrenches (with the ball end) in metric and SAE. Quality tools. They opened that Esoteric like a...well, like a DAC that needed a proper wrench to be opened.
