theres no hiding from a particular x-ray machine anyway If say plugged into the computer, would the power draw provided be enough to at least make a difference vs running all battery? Or does it not draw anything from the usb?

Definitely only soldering a couple strands. He bends them at and angle, and uses a whole lot of solder which just melts onto the whole wire. I guess the noise picked up by the "antenna" and lack of filter is what people describe as "added microdetail." Somethins added.... I bet it ain't from the music

I converted my b22 into 2 channel recently and will be starting on a dynahi soon. My builds are with standard bom parts, so no exotic stuff to change the sounds. Impressions maybe in the fall lol.

lol wait its the actual program not a tiny plugin lol. Well lastfm just updated right this minute (lol right on time) and it kind of works now. All I have to do if I turn on and off upsampling or change output to digital is restart last.fm and it works from then on. yay.

9.4.2 It actually works, but thing is, the sampling rate gets confused. If I just use analog out from my sound card it is fine, but if it is upsampled then analog out or just plain digital out to my dac, when last fm launches with foobar, music plays but sticks at 1 second, and no error message comes up.. just stays at one second and locks up.. Its been like this since the last version of foobar and after two last.fm updates, so its probably more my setup's fault than either foobar or last.fm

Thrice you're p1, bottlehead, and stax is my fav rig ever! My experience with your setup echos postjack's revelation .I am about to finish the b22 in maybe a week and once I'm done with that ill look into getting the rega and bottlehead!

Maybe it's just me but grados aren't that much less demanding of clean robust amplification. Maybe one hour less on the old knob but that doesn't mean an ipod jacks gonna do.

They have those archival cdr's that claim 100 year life, so i say even being safe at 50 years, that is still a pretty long life. Who knows what will be even in 25 years? 3 minutes to copy a cdr onto a 10 cent blank. That is my justification for the medium
