I thought the GTA series got old after a while, but given the opportunity I'd try it again. Looking forward to playing Manhunt 2 on my Wii.

Orange is a nice change. I like amber with tube amps, but that would look nice as well. With solid state my general rule is red on black or green on silver. Blue just screams 'gadget' to me rather than hi-fi. That said, my power conditioner has a blue LED and my CD player has a blue display.

Well, I can definately understand hard to drive headphones sounding less than their potential on a poor amp... but I also still think that it is quite possible that with your search for 'absolute neutrality' you've used your silver IC's and other components to make the 007's sound less dark. There is nothing wrong with that of course.

I've had really good experiences with the Pyramid Gold PSU's on eBay. You can adjust the voltage, they're regulated, and they make a 1.5amp unit I think, which should be fine. I use a 3amp unit with my T-Amp.

How much? Let me know what you think of it... I've been thinking about tracking down a cheap one.

That sounds complicated. Still, even though I use 'philodox' everywhere there are one or two posers out there... One of which is russian. Was also forced to go with elodoth on ebay since philodox was already taken.

Neither is neutral, the HE90 is a little bright and the 007 are dark. Still, the HE90's are more fun sounding, so it is no wonder that people gush over them at meets. I've yet to spend a good deal of time with either, so you probably know better than I... but you are definately biased.

I think that though the mexican twins are hella irritating now... once they get to the states we'll see what their powers really are and I would imagine they are more impressive than they've been letting on so far. Hiro needs to cut that douches head off with his own sword and run away with the hottie.

I can see how that would be a problem... I'm not all that familiar with those shows though, so it doesn't bother me.

I didn't think it was terrible. I still like the Peter story line and the Claire story line may get interesting. That blonde is back, and her story is boring so far though. Hiro is always good. Not sure what they are doing with Sylar, kinda lame.

They finally got here, and I can't believe it, but they are harder to drive than my K340's. ...my amp can handle it though. No impressions yet, as I'm sorta drunk. But soon. So far, all I can say is that they don't suck.

The Mexican twins have potential, but I agree that they are pretty lame right now. I'm happy that the Haitian is back, he's cool. I'm actually not too bummed out about Niki being gone; her and her husband have got to be the worst two characters... though their kid is kinda cool.
