Thanks, that helps a lot. It's a Marantz M4U. It seems to work pretty well, though I think I'll eventually buy the Shure one you recommended. But will likely get a proper sound card first. (using the USB interface that came with the Marantz for now)

Not sure if this is the right section as it's not in the field, but does this look like a good microphone position for when I'm recording/streaming? Is the pop filter setup correctly? Should I be using the foam cover or is that only for outside/wind? I have my old phone setup as my camera and the pixel 6 does an excellent job. Mostly just wanted the arm to hold the microphone and my phone and to allow me to lower my monitor (the phone used to be setup below it attached to the stand), but it came with some accessories. Came with a shock mount as well but that seems to be for a different (larger diameter) microphone.

How are you liking it? I stopped sometime in season one as I got distracted by life, but should rewatch and get caught up. Where are they at in the story line season 3? Have they moved on further from the book at this point?

Anyone know anything about indoor trainers for the winter? Looking for an inexpensive one to use during the icy parts of winter. Lmk how you like it. Any idea how much it runs for?

The animated shows are amazing. Vox Machina was fun (still ongoing, they're about to fight Raishan), but I think I liked the Mighty Nein even better, so we'll done. I've watched the campaigns as well. Haven't started on the 3rd one yet though, just the first 2.

Makes a lot of sense. Binaural isn't my goal, but I'd like to faithfully reproduce/record the vinyl playback if it's feasible for less than $1k...probably not from the sound of things. I'd be running the streaming microphone off of the Behringer, so I don't think 70db of gain should be a problem.
