I'll be working on Friday, but I can pick up anyone who gets in late afternoon or evening from either the airport or the marta station. I do highly recommend people take the gold line up to near the hotel to simplify the logistics.

Welcome to Atlanta And for any of those not wanting to deal with Marta, I'm gonna make myself available for DD transport to/from anywhere (I can carry four in my car). Also anyone into blues music has to hit the Northside Tavern at some point. Very little to choose from to drink, and is in the complete opposite direction from the hotel as L5P & Decatur, but there's great music almost every night, and I'll pay the cover for anyone wanting to go on Fri/Sat.

Speaking of the GT-R, I just so happened to get one for xmas...

Insomuch as one can be familiar with this damn sprawl. I've lived here my whole life and still don't know my way around half of it. EDIT: Random factoid, the street my neighborhood is off of made Creative Loafing's top 10 ugliest sights in Atlanta from an issue a few years ago, with the caption Thou Shalt Not Sprawl and a mention of it making baby Jesus cry. Yeah.

For the record, I'm still using my original tip for the 936 after probably seven years or so?; that Hakko shit is nigh indestructible. I've accidentally left it on for days at a time and it got a fierce oxidation layer, but after dipping it in flux a few times it's back to being like new.

Just occurred to me that the Buckhead store for Tower isn't too far from Green's. Didn't think about it since I usually go to the Doraville one. EDIT: Could also swing by Toco Giant in Toco Hills, but I haven't been there in forever. EDIT 2: Depending on timing, I can definitely play taxi for this if someone else isn't available sooner. Probably get the trip done faster than anyone else too.

The hotel is just a few minutes from both Green's and Tower (albeit in opposite directions), so that's easy to accomplish.

For anyone staying at the hotel it would probably be a ton easier and faster to just take the gold line on MARTA out towards Doraville and pick them up from whichever stop is closest to the hotel. Friday traffic is no joke, but I can shuttle people around as needed too.

I have no excuse not to make this.
