  2. I recommend the AKG K1000 which is under $100 if you mug somebody prior to the purchase.
  3. So does this mean we'll stay up late drinking and go to Lamar's the night before, again?

I don't even know the context, but I cannot abide by a comment supporting more of 'her' and less of 'him'. That just sounds wrong.
  6. I have no portable audio equipment, but I may be able to make this if possible.
  7. Is the e30 still kinda borken too?
  8. had a bit of drink, talked to some old friends, played some video games, talked to more friends, read headcase.
  9. I rewatched Equilibrium the other night. It sure seemed to have a lot fewer major plotholes when I first watched it years ago.
  10. In killing floor this is amusing. In counter-strike this makes you the permanent laughing stock of the server.
  11. Not a literal question, but an invitation to inform me about that subject.
  12. $500 seems a bit just much to enable playing Forza 5, IMO. BF4 will be on pretty much everything... XBox 360. XBox One, PS3, PS4, and PC, and when PC is an option... well, there's the best choice in 98% of cases. I have somewhat limited experience with the xbox though, so I don't know what's so unique about the "xbox live experience" to make it a significant factor over the redesigned PSN or PC gaming?
  13. The backtracking was basically in regards to online passes for multiplayer. So it's possible for publishers to require people buying a used game to buy a new key for online play... which is already the case on the current generation. It's not going to restrict regular used game sales like Microsoft intends to with the new xbox. My impressions from E3 so far are that Sony has learned from their major fumble with the PS3 launch and wants to return to the glory days of the PS2 and it's massive library of good games, and Microsoft is absolutely mired by their desire to exert control over how the consumer uses their product, and intends their new console less as a pure gaming platform and more as an all-in-one media center.

The most concise summary of E3:
  15. Noah would like to add he only did that in about five minutes of photoshop work as a private joke, while half asleep, and never meant it to be posted publicly.
  16. I give approximately negative twelve fucks about the XBone, so I shall not buy one. I may buy a PS4 at some point, should things turn out well.
  17. Noah took a photo he took of me last November, and gave it a Fallout style treatment... Needless to say I'm quite impressed.

  19. Doubly impressive considering we kept him out late the night before.
  20. He meant the bike he failed to win at the contest.

  24. At one of the past meets, there was a 'sleeping your way to success' thing across the hall.
