    Sad to see him go this is a great reminder to go out and see the jazz legends. He was great when I saw him a few years ago at the Vanguard and seemed years younger than his age when behind the drum kit.

    these are really nice headphones, I've had a pretty bad cold that I am just now getting over so my audio thoughts may change. I did bring them over to Carl's and heard them on his Woo WA6SE and they sounded pretty great. Extension, detail and separation are strengths with the occasional weird stage presentation being it's only drawback to me. They are very attractive and well made cans but you need a big noggin to keep them from sliding down your head.

  20. I really love my 3a and could be happy with it as my only system. It sounds good fed by USB or a LOD. It is great with a USB to spdif converter like the halide or stello units.
