I just saw "Civil War". Spoiler: the film is about the generational change of two photojournalists but the idea of a civil war in general and in the EEUU in particular ((after what happened in 2021), seemed terrifying to me.

Ale taking his first shots. What do you think of the Canon EF 28-70mm F/2.8L USM? I have been offered one in good condition for €400 but I don't know if it is worth investing in such an old lens... although I have heard that it is of very good quality

I'm enjoying the quadraphonic mix with the DVD of Deep Purple's "Stormbringer" 35th Anniversary edition. Quadraphonic equipment has always piqued my curiosity...Perhaps I'll purchase a CD-4 cartridge to experiment with some things. DVD dates: Original Quad mix mixed at The Record Plant, October 1974 reformatted for 5.1 surround sound at Abbey Road Studios, London, February 2008. DTS Sound (24 bit/48K) You might be surprised, but it's my favorite Purple album:

Ale has begun to delve into my music collection, and this album is quickly becoming one of his favorites.

We have been staying in the south of the island for almost two weeks.We need a few days away from home. I took advantage of the opportunity to take some photos in very low light with the R6 MKII. I´m very surprised with the good result, the problem with this thing is that consumes batteries like hell.

My first "serious" test for the next cycle here in Gran Canaria. It is practically the same route as the race. Thought and mood are something very curious... while I was climbing, although I was having fun with the beautiful day (we reached almost 40º C) I had the sensation of going slower than usual and when I returned home I was quite tired. I thought it was the treatment's fault but nevertheless, when I saw the data this afternoon I saw that not only climb faster but I also set significantly better times. Sea of clouds in the north of the island In Tejeda it´s the Parador (something like a Hotel) Top climb Jose needed breakfast today....
