IDK what enable is, but dont put Dynamat Extreme on your headphones. If your going to put a dampening product, use Second Skin Sludge or Spectrum. Much better products; I've used all of them. (albeit in cars, not headphones ) Sludge is the thicker version of spectrum, and you can literally grab a dab of it with a glove and slop it on stuff, or take your time and use a paint brush or similar. I recommend Indestructible, as it has tunes not often covered by others. IDK if you do vinyl or not, but Music Matters will be releasing a 45 of it, remastered by Steve Hoffman. Hopefully in 2008.

Despite the sniper shootings a few years ago, Silver Spring is not too bad, and is where I'm at. It has suburban parts and more urban type parts, and you can get into DC via the red line on the metro. Pretty easy metro ride.

I can't give advice as to where to live, but download the DC metro map (subway). Try to avoid anything near the 'green line'. I don't know if its still considered a bad area, but you probably want to avoid Anacostia.
