  2. That'd be very cool.
  3. And you thought I was kidding about the shoes.
  4. Actually, a great start into the ECM catalog is the Rarum series. They have them in two box sets on the ECM site.
  5. You're such a playa, Billy.
  6. If someone could figure out how to declip digitized music, he could make a mint.
  7. You Suck, by Christopher Moore, in paperback Buffy Omnibus 3 30 Days of Night 8: Red Snow by Ben Templesmith (! -- I love Ben Templesmith's art and what little of his writing I've been able to find) Hi-Fi Choice January 2008 issue (I really need to subscribe) Absolute Sound new issue (I really need to subscribe) Sunday Washington Post Sigur Ros DVD Heima (I think)

  9. Well, when you use a multimeter checking the ohmage of something, and you touch two ends of a cable that are the same piece of wire, it should say short. When you touch two different wires, it'll say some ridiculously high impedance. That's what it should do.
  10. There's a small chance of "wintery mix" tonight, but nothing to speak of, according to WTOP.

  15. Oh. Yeah, after re-reading his post, I think you're right.
  16. How did that affect your playing? Did you play faster? "Ooh, man, there's definitely a connection here, I can feel the electricity."
  17. It's a mock- motivational poster, not real-whatever.
  18. You're selling yours? Why?
  19. First of all, even out of warranty, Shure has one of the best customer service deals around -- flat rate. You should find out what it is in Canada. I believe in the US it's something like $30. Secondly, Sennheiser HD580/600.
  20. Our thoughts are as one, .
  21. So which one am I? Never mind, they're both snappy dancers.
  22. The Philips system that I mentioned way back when appear to be no longer sold by Costco. Alas. And me never having picked up a pair. Alas.
  23. Oh, snap. If you're going to correct someone about spelling, don't incorrectly spell a word within your correction. (Do you like the way I danced around that?)
  24. You posted the same image twice. Since there's a "tube2.jpg" on your site -- and it's related -- I'm going to assume you meant that and fix your post.
  25. That's okay. Sometimes I give Dan a hard time back, sometimes I have his back, it's all good.
