  1. Still this, but taking a break with the new Gary Numan, which rocks hard.
  2. I wasn't a fan before, but this sounds great. Did I miss something? I.E. does anything else of hers sound like this? I'll have to check out her back (ahem) catalog, but this is an instapurchase. Nate, others: RIYL Goldfrapp
  3. Yeah, having been there with a co-worker whom I didn't know very well, but respected for her knowledge and smarts, it hits closer to home when you realize you were one of the last people to see her alive, and there didn't seem to be a clue that something like this was going to happen. You mentally rewind and replay, rewind and replay, but if you didn't pick up on it at the time, you're not going to pick up on it on the revisit of the memory. Yeah, I should get back to walking, now that I'm mostly better. I haven't walked since a week ago Monday.
  4. Klaus Schulze, La Vie Électronique, several volumes, while working
  5. Eep! I hope everyone up there is okay.
  6. iZombie season 3 -- still a great show
  7. Bingeing on some Katatonia.
  8. Pumpkin Spice Frosted Mini Wheats -- it's actually really subtle, they erred on the side of less pumpkin spice.
  9. Wasn't paying attention -- Hiromi has a new live album out with harpist Edmar Castaneda, so as soon as the soundtrack to 2049 finishes for like the 4th time, I'll be listening to that. I've also been listening to Mariusz Duda's Lunatic Soul project's latest album, Fractured, which is spectacular, despite its depressing inspirations.
  10. Spagheters comfort food
  11. Anything with X in the name is always better.
  12. Several people here like the Oppo Sonica, too. Sorry, I don't know about any of those.
  13. * Heckler's voice, meeker * How about just a little bit of garlic butter for the bread?
  14. And...he's back to dead again.
  15. So apparently he's not dead. Hooray! Fuck you, death.
  16. A pretty song. Inspired by Orlando, but my posting of it is inspired by more recent events. I'm not one who prays, but it still helps express the exasperation I feel. https://sharonvanetten.bandcamp.com/track/not-myself And this, less pretty, more cathartic song:
