  1. And while I'm at BandCamp -- MissSmiles4U's collection of demos. She's a wanker of the highest caliber.
  2. Halou, Halou, their last album from a couple years ago, before they became Stripmall Architecture (I think the drummer split amicably, as I think he was at the Wiser show earlier this year) -- this is getting a limited CD release via Kickstarter -- in!
  3. I misread that, initially.
  4. Thunderpants -- easier to find than VTG's.
  5. Happy birthday, Ian!
  6. Ghoulash (my chili thingy that isn't really chili -- has turned a very dark color due to the cajun beans and black olives, hence the name) -- superb!
  7. Yeezh man. Just...yeezh.
  8. Morricone is good shit. Me: Android Lust, Devour, Rise, and Take Flight -- trying to figure out what my favorite Android Lust track is, starting here.
  9. So...get regular headphones?
  10. I took my sister to the airport. Miss her already.
  11. Life & Limb ~_~
  12. /me does.
  13. EDM? Is that anything like IDM, except...
  14. Wait, what? It got re-released?
  15. Well they moved her into rehab yesterday (physical therapy rehab, not the other kind that we usually associate with the word), which was a day or two ahead of schedule, so I think it's safe to say she's "quickly on the mend".
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdyodYx6Wr0
  17. Oak aged Yeti earlier Newcastle Werewolf -- meh, wrong kind of hoppy for me.
  18. The matte black Vanishing Point. I don't think you necessarily would have seen what I was saying, "I saw" can be past completive or ...er...whatever the other one was. Is. Incompletive. Whatev.
  19. Yup. Seeing them. Huzzah.
  20. Thinking healing thoughts in Al's Dad's direction. My mom had a minor stroke. She is ... as fine as one can be, having had a stroke. She is definitely going to survive, I saw her moving her legs and everything. But she is severely weakened. She can't stand on her own. While I was visiting her, she had me prop her up again, but she doesn't even have the body strength to hold herself up, so that's going to need to be repeated every once in a while. That said, she's already bored and cranky and constantly telling the nurses to do stuff. So...that's good? She'll probably be out of the hospital on Monday and into PT. So...I do appreciate all the well wishes -- I honestly believe in the power of positive thinking, and y'all really came through!
  21. No, nothing anyone needs to do. My ma has some really good friends, one of whom is a nurse and is actually bedside making sure the doctors are doing the best they can. Thanks for the well wishes, all. That is appreciated.
  22. Was told I'm getting a new laptop for work. 1200p screen, i7...I'm happy. My mom is in the hospital -- not so good.
  23. You haven't seen my basement. That's actually pretty close...
  24. Right. Which is why I posted -- it was my way of saying, "thanks for the clarification/rundown/whatever".
