  1. Had ramen for breakfast -- was better than the other place (though my friend disagreed), but not as good as either of the two places I went in NYC. Saw Super 8. Saw Midnight in Paris. Had pizza for dinner. Didn't know what to do with myself at a bar. Saw Adryelle play. Saw Skydivers play. Came home. In other words, nothing new, but a particularly enjoyable (read: of the non-Floridian variety) conglomeration of events for me. How are they going to complain with no phone service?
  2. Pizza from Isabella's in Little Italy, Baltimore Sent from mah Droid
  3. Exactly. I don't think we -- jointly -- own that many hats.
  4. Split races, not...
  5. Not watching right now, but had to share this about Community -- Dan Harmon smart. Favorite quote so far (although it does nothing to show how smart Dan Harmon is, I just like the story that led up to it): And tell me you don't find yourself reading that eventually in Jeff's voice.
  6. (beams)
  7. Began moving my office.
  8. That would be really nice of youse.
  9. earlier yet: New Leaf Tiger earlier: Snapple Mango-Papaya Tea now: faux-rizona -- lots of it.
  10. But then he'd have to steal it from himself, therefore depriving himself of it the first time. Awsum.
  11. I can't figure out what the choir is singing, but here's the rest:
  12. They're not completely dead -- especially if you're into good old jazz reissues and some classical (SACD) and/or King Crimson and/or Porcupine Tree and related (DVD-A). But yeah, I'm kicking myself for not getting the complete Peter Gabriel collection when they were new. The ones I'm missing are the expensive ones.
  13. JHA may be recommending that JH16 is the better foundation, but the JH13 seem perfectly capable of the task. I wouldn't use that as the criteria, I'd use the criteria on whether or not you can really afford it (I know, a lot of times when I say, "pushing the budget", what I really mean is, "it's probably more than I should be spending right now, but fuck it", when in reality I should find another alternative).
  14. Red Rock Malbec -- not bad, but on the jammy side for my tastes, without being too sweet. At least it's a plummy jammy.
  15. I mean, just imagine the possibilities -- you could put a camera on the other side of your head, so that it effectively looked like people could see through your head -- camouflage!

    Holy shit.
  17. Peter Gabriel concerts are some of the most entertaining I've ever been.
  18. Ah, maybe that's what it is. I have to admit, I wasn't very scientifical about my observations.
  19. Doesn't it usually skip a generation? I.E. these kids will grow up to be conservative/domesticated/whatever you want to call it, and then their kids will be all corpse paint and blood?
  20. But...but...but...I am taking Carlson's. And now I can't find the statement that says not to put it in the fridge. Bizarre. EPA 360; DHA 250 / two, I've been taking one in the morning, one in the evening, but have been substituting the fish oil for one of them until I finish that bottle: EPA 300; DHA 200 / one.
  21. Alberti 154 Malbec -- this is superb.
  22. I think it's the baby equivalent of the British drinking their tea with their pinky extended -- it's just an affectation, doesn't mean anything. Either that, or the middle fingers taste better than the outer fingers.
