  2. Purple chicken is awesome, I used to have it all the time. Sent from mah Droid
  3. Awesome: we're going to be able to refer to Mike as bourbon-barrel aged. Sent from mah Droid
  4. If you can't find the oak-aged, feel free to try their regular imperial stout...it would've been my favorite otherwise. Sent from mah Droid
  5. Guess which brewery is my favorite brewery? Guess which state probably has the best distribution? Heck, some of the stores around there probably even still have the oak-aged imperial stout, my favorite.
  6. lolwhut Unrelated to the above.
  7. He's getting even with you for daring to bid on his auction -- how dare you!
  8. Yeah, I meant 4 parts, so far...didn't read it, so don't know whether or not he's done...

  13. Sourdough-glaze-covered pretzels
  14. No, just Monkey with his DACses.
  15. You know, I've thought about this, too. Of course, in my case, I don't use a mob hit man, but the traffic in the DC area is enough to raise my heart rate for 25 minutes at a time...that's the whole point of exercise, innit? To raise your heart rate for a period of time?
  16. That's a lot of flowers.
  17. I did not know that -- I only just discovered them the other day...due to Ashley...
  18. Kerrygold Dubliner cheese w/ Irish stout -- more yummy, not sure which I liked better, this was crumblier, the white cheddar w/ Irish whiskey was creamier; going to have to try the plain white cheddar...& also w/Food Should Taste Good multigrain crackers, which are superb unto themselves. Sent from mah Droid
  19. Classic 80's band, they put me in mind of Spandau Ballet. Very 80's. Always liked "Digging Your Scene", myself. Me: Pure Reason Revolution, Hammer and Anvil -- my friend described this album as largely "Stabbing Nails Mode", and that isn't too far off the mark, although a bit of an over-pigeonhole-ization. They do still have some class PRR influence on a couple of tracks. But let's put it this way, if you didn't like the previous album, Amor Vincit Omnia, and "Stabbing Nails Mode" doesn't make you want to listen to it more, then I suspect you won't like it. That said, I think I like it better than the second album -- it strikes me as being better blended than the second album, which had that back-and-forth thing going on. Although the second album still has a special place in my heart just for being so weird. So if they haven't completely lost you with the second album, then at least give this one a listen.
  20. (makes a note of it)
  21. The Third Eye Foundation, The Dark -- Matt Elliot returns to the 3ef project for a full album -- the difference largely being the D&B undertones, but still inimitably Matt Elliott. Also looks like he brought some cohorts:
  22. It's probably an attempt to assuage the "immeasurable" argument.
  23. "I thought we already had the best stuff?" "Yeah, but this stuff's better."
